Monday of every month at 7:30 p.m. at the Plainfield Township Municipal
Building, 6292 Sullivan Trail, Nazareth, PA 18064. Plans must be
submitted 21 days prior to the meeting date in order to be placed
on the planning commission agenda.

On June 15, 2004, Plainfield Township officially began implementing the
new statewide building code. Act 45, the Uniform Construction Code (UCC)
was passed by the state legislature to create a more consistent building
code for new construction in our Commonwealth. There are some exceptions
that do not require building permits, however, the law does not effect
any municipality from continuing to issue Zoning permits. Township residents
are encouraged to contact Charlie Knecht, Zoning/BCO Administrator or
Joyce Lambert, Secretary/BCO regarding permit applications and fees. You
